God
is going to reward those who stand in faith, love, forgiveness and
purity. One of the key things that can stop your blessing is unforgiveness.
Deal with the things that hurt you, forgive, and move on! You may
as well face it—it happened; it is over; and it is time to
move on. Unforgiveness will hinder your miracles and hinder your
blessings. Some people are sick in their bodies right now, because
they still hold bitterness. Some people are broke right now. They
can make a plan, they can tithe, they can pay off debts and save
their money, but they are still broke, and still in poverty because
they have not learned to forgive. Once you have forgiven, you should
be able to look at those that hurt you, smile and say, “God
bless you!”
Your
breakthrough can be stopped because you hold bitterness and cannot
forgive. We have to learn how to forgive people and move on. Make
a commitment that if you are hurt, you will forgive. You cannot
keep holding on to it because it causes sickness, keeps family members
from being saved, and causes many other issues in our lives. You
may pray and lay out before God, but God cannot honor your petition
until you start forgiving.
You
say that you want the anointing. You ask God to give you a revelation
of His Word. But you cannot get revelation, discernment, or insight
when you refuse to forgive. You cannot receive anything when you
walk around with bitterness and refuse to forgive. God cannot overlook
your refusal to forgive. When you cannot forgive, there is no miracle
and there is no breakthrough.
Every
situation of forgiveness does not always require you to go back
to the person. That would take you a whole lifetime. Sometimes you
just have to say to yourself, “Listen, I forgive,” and
move on. Then when you see that person, you can say, “Well,
praise the Lord! How are you doing?” Many churches do not
move into a place of signs and wonders because there are people
in the congregation with bitterness and hatred concerning someone
else. So, when God gets ready to heal a hand or a leg, He cannot
do it because He is in a room full of people that will not forgive.
Do you want to walk into a season of miracles? You cannot go to
that place when you refuse to forgive.
It
does not matter what group you are in. In the body of Christ we
are all alike. When we take on the mindset of the Kingdom, we all
look alike. God wants us to start appreciating each other. No matter
where you come from, you are an asset to the Kingdom. There are
no big “I’s” and little “you’s”.
We are all in this thing together. If you forgive, then your sister
next to you can have her tumor healed. If you forgive, then your
mother’s cancer can be healed. If you forgive, your father’s
blind eyes can come open.
Sometimes
if you are trying to make a positive transition, God will hold it
up until you learn how to forgive. Forgiveness does not mean that
you argue about who is right and who is wrong. Forgiveness means
letting go and moving on.
If
you are going to move into this season or miracles, then you have
to start learning how to forgive now. There was a time in my life
when I had been laying down but could not sleep for three or four
nights. I kept saying, “Lord, help me forgive. I need to forgive.
Help me.” I could have stayed right there and enjoyed unforgiveness,
but evidently God had something better for me. So, I am going after
what is better—I am going to forgive.
After
forgiveness and purity, there is going to be a time of multiplied
and miraculous increase. Things are going to multiply in your life.
No adding and subtracting— it is going to be multiplied.
